![]() ![]() It sure is quite a lot easier when your whole team has 7 max BG instead of 4. I recommend upgrading as many items to +1 as you an because you'll get more in return if you dismantle them instead of +0 items and i also recommend upgrading gear that you'll use often on your other characters because gear with +X can and will most likely increase your characters max BG. And upgrade the ones that are on the main character I'm using, since I get some bonuses if the sum of every equipped item is higher than +10. If you run some combo masters or weakness hunters on AI, its bad. I just leave the last on that was equipped. AI in berseria is extremely good in terms of survival, you want to suffer, try to kill giganto monsters in zestiria without k.o. Other than that, If I mastered everything, I don't even bother what equipment is on. Do this multiple times and you'll have no problem mastering all the gear. Just equip your gear, hop around and face 2 enemies all times in hopes to spawn a strong enemy which will easily boost your grade above 100 if you don't use items and don't get KO'd. Mastering all the gear is what i do too but you can achieve this pretty easily. So what i do now is i dismantle lower gear that i have mastered and also check out which gear suits best for my characters.įor example i'd keep an armor with 30focus 70magic instead of an item with 60magic 50attack because laphicet is focused on magic attacks. Keeping lower level equipment with +learning speed is a waste imo because you are always giving up one slot for an already mastered item.Īt start i did it like you explained, keeping one item for each character so i would end up having all the items BUT this makes item management very complicated. And although I don't know whether it counts towards item completion, if you upgraded an equipment to +10, the equipment will be "sanctified" a la Zestiria and have different name (and color, whee yellow equipments), so if you're a completionist idiot like me, you'd want to hold onto older equipments. (Focus +20 over Focus +4? That's a no brainer).Įquipments can also hold up to 3 Random Skills, and you'll unlock the ability to spawn 3 Random Skills equipment around late game and on Intense/Chaos difficulty I think? Only at endgame will you unlock Random Skills that raises you from the death (Phoenix skill in Zestiria) or block a certain number of damage (Invalada) and many more.Īlso, Random Skill has levels, and only during endgame that you'll unlock Level 4 Random Skills, outclassing everything that you're able to collect early game. At first, you're limited with just Random Skills that give flat stat raise, percentage resistance, etc. ![]() You haven't unlocked all the things you can get from an equipment and those things are unlocked by defeating red code bosses, optional bosses, or just completing the storyline.įor example, the Random Skill pool. You don't have to put thought into "building" equipments early on.
